While our usual community streams are on hold until after TennoCon, we are still sharing our love with the Twitch Directory with our Friday Community Drops. Here's a refresher on how these Drops work:

Every Friday, we run a short Twitch Drop campaign on two Creator channels to offer a fun way to cap off the week and shine a spotlight on the Creators themselves! The Drops will run for one hour on each channel, with a 30 minute claim time for an Orbiter Decoration that the Creator has picked themselves!

I claimed the Twitch Prime drops and i did receive those drops.

Do you mind sharing any more specifics as to what is happening here? The team attempted to repro with no success. 

If NinjaZeku's point about weapons did not fix this issue as well, we recommend reaching out to support if you feel your Companion Slots are improperly reflected in your account. :)

There was an issue with the set-up of the Drop with a broken duplicate item. Instead of having players redeem a drop that didn't link to anything, we set it up to offer an extra Grand Finale fireworks instead. That was the reason for the mix-up there. As for the frozen progress, I'm unsure if that is related, as others have successfully claimed it.

One specific example I have in mind:  I have a Nami Solo Incarnon bug report I still haven't posted.  Before today, I thought about placing it in "Circuit Bug Reports" since it concerns a Circuit reward, but that subforum is hidden now.

The Duviri Bug Reports section is a great spot for Incarnon bugs! Even if it's not an absolute perfect fit for a subforum, that's ok. If it really doesn't belong there, a moderator may move it, so don't sweat it. :)
